Customs Cleared! Delivery Update...

Higher Hangers have cleared customs!
Great news! As of 6/19 everything has cleared customs and we are working to get the inventory from the port to the warehouse, receive it, and ship out to our backers! We're hoping to ship by the end of June.
If you haven't filled out your survey information, please do so that we can have your shipping information (about 12% of backers have not yet). You can still edit your address information if needed and we'll send out a "last call" before shipping, and then you will receive notification when your order ships.

After visiting the factory in person and seeing the production process, I realized something that people wanted (including myself) was possible. The raw hangers prior to velvet coating look great! Higher Hangers On Schedule
Everything is running on schedule! We're looking at receiving everything into the warehouse the last week of June with a quick turn straight out for June delivery!

This will help us with cashflow to continue manufacturing as we've nearly sold-out of all excess inventory that was pre-ordered after Kickstarter. Thank you so much!

3. China Visit a Huge Success
After more than two weeks touring the manufacturing facilities and finalizing speicifics, I could not be any happier. The staff, working environment, quality control and all operational processes are running exactly as anticipated with top quality throughout.
Everything is still on schedule at this time to deliver in June as originally anticipated.
We're also looking at bringing in a THIRD version of Higher Hangers that was highly requested (no pun intended). A plastic version with chrome metal hook without velvet flocking. Operationally this will simplify the process and hopefully allow us to bring a lower cost version of Higher Hangers to a broader consumer base. Plus, good old slippery plastic hangers are often preferred by a lot of people.

Super Early Birds Shipped! China This Week

Super Early Birds Have Shipped!
Over the weekend the first Higher Hangers backers' orders shipped! They should be arriving soon! If you were a Super Early Bird backer, make sure you responded to the survey with your shipping information. All other backers will receive a survey request a little closer to delivery (expect early June) to get your shipping info.
Manufacturing has started! I will arrive in China later this week to be on site for the bulk of the manufacturing process and will get to meet several different people involved in the process.
We're still on schedule estimating a freight-ready date in late May. Warehousing and logistics have been determined and are currently being finalized, so we should still be able to ship ALL backer levels sometime in June.
While in China I will explore other options for different hangers. One of the top priorities is to try and make a matching HDF hanger with a pant bar.
